Q: What is your MOQ? Can I start with a small trial order?

A: Our standard MOQ is 1 unit for most models, including custom logo printing. For OEM orders with custom color or packaging, MOQ starts at 50-100 pieces. We support sample orders and trial shipments so you can test product quality and market response before committing to bulk quantities.

Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM services? Can I put my own logo on the lamps?

A: Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM manufacturing including silk-screen logo printing on the lamp body (MOQ 1 unit), custom color finishes, custom packaging design, and product structure modifications. We hold design patents in the US, EU, and UK you can either use our patented designs or co-develop new models. Simply send your logo in JPG, PNG, AI, or PDF format. Turnaround for logo samples is typically 48 hours.

Q: What certifications do your products carry?

A: FOSOTO products are certified under CE, FCC, RoHS, LVD, EMC, PSE, UKCA, UL, SAA, BS, CB, and KCC. All lamps comply with IEEE 1789 flicker-free standards and use a 15V SELV power adapter safer than the industry-common 36V alternative for close-contact beauty and clinical environments. Select models also pass TUV testing. Certification documents can be provided upon request.

Q: What is your production lead time and how do you ship?

A: Standard production lead time is 7-15 business days depending on order volume and customization requirements. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS express (5-12 business days), as well as air freight and sea freight for bulk orders. Amazon FBA prep and labeling services are available. From our Guangzhou factory, major ports include Shenzhen and Nansha for ocean freight. Trade terms: FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen, CIF available on request.

Q: What is your warranty and after-sales policy?

A: All FOSOTO products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Orders placed through our official website receive a 2-year warranty. Our after-sales process: (1) provide your order number and photo/video evidence of the defect; (2) our support team diagnoses the issue; (3) we ship a replacement unit or component at our cost. A: Yes. We ship sample units worldwide via DHL/FedEx/UPS express, typically arriving within 5-12 business days.
